DownloadAt Wee Little Lambs Early Learning Center, your child’s health and safety are our top priority. We are required to keep up-to-date health records, including vaccination documentation, for all enrolled children. If you choose not to vaccinate your child, you must provide a valid exemption note with their health report. This may include a medical exemption from a licensed provider, a notarized religious exemption, or another state-approved form. All documentation will be kept on file per state regulations. Children without proper paperwork may not attend until records are complete.
